Dumbbell Beats is a 30 minute strength training workout that fuses powerful dumbbell exercises with the rhythm of popular music. Designed to build strength, and confidence, this class will have you lifting, and moving in sync with the beat for a fun and effective workout like no other!

Dumbbell Beats was originally designed specifically for women in perimenopause and menopause. But it works for all women who want to build strength, boost energy, and feel empowered in their bodies. Too many strength training programs assume prior experience and don’t demonstrate proper movement or tempo. Dumbbell Beats is different—we demonstrate each exercise, and lift along with you, so you can participate with confidence and get the most out of every workout. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking for a fun, music-driven way to stay strong, this class is for you!

Meet Your Instructor

Alicia is a BCRPA certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Weight Trainer. She has been passionate about dance and fitness for many years. She is a full-time Homeschool Mom of 4. She knows how tough it can be to fit exercise into a busy schedule, and how essential balance is to daily life. She created Dumbbell Beats in 2019 as a fun way to fit weight training into the busy lives of her clients.
